“With increasing age of the employees, those that are experienced less stress, more employees were spontaneously and perceived greater fairness in the decisions of the organisation: a person between 40 and 65 generated groups, not broken in places, trains volunteers to spread new messages and counter productive. ” That’s the dream of every employer.
In addition, many of them have emotional and economic life determined, it is to feel useful so they look at a job opportunity as an extension of life to feel useful and valued.
