There are simple tools that can increase our productivity in business, one is using the calendar.
If you have a computer it sure comes with a calendar program reinstated.
Another alternative is to use Google Calendar personally consider it one of the best with the great advantage of being able to access it online from any computer. To enter it enough to have a Gmail account.
Whatever the program schedule jobs now use it.
If you want to increase your productivity by actively using the calendar:
1. Register on the calendar all the meetings you schedule. So you have excellent memory, to record these meetings your brain will thank you not having to always be alert reminding you.
2. Program alerts. In your own calendar program must have a system that will alert you with a day or hours or minutes prior to the date programs and you will not be any events.
3. Share your calendar with your team. Google Calendar to share your calendar with your assistants or colleagues and even clients. Share your calendar for the coordination thus become more fluid.
Google Calendar can even have multiple calendars simultaneously, one for personal items such and one for my business.
4. Mark dates on the calendar where you meet certain goals. The calendar used to mark not only meetings but also to mark dates that you must meet certain tasks or goals of what you have to do. Use the calendar to set those dates and marks an early warning to monitor compliance with those goals.
Definitely the calendar will serve you much help to increase the productivity of your business idea and can have many other uses such as editorial calendar for all those who have such a blog or publication where you have to write often.
